Eric Remer
Eric Remer is the Founder and a member of the Board of Directors of EverCommerce. He founded the company in 2006 as PaySimple and led its evolution into EverCommerce, serving as Chief Executive Officer through its growth into a leading service commerce platform serving hundreds of thousands of customers across the home services, healthcare, and wellness industries.
During his tenure as CEO, Eric guided EverCommerce through more than 50 acquisitions, its initial public offering in 2021, and the development of its vertically focused operating model serving the Home, Health, and Wellness industries. As a member of the Board, he continues to provide strategic guidance and founder perspective as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Prior to EverCommerce, Eric founded and served on the management teams of several startups, including the Conclave Group, a direct marketing services company, and I-Behavior, a leading behavioral targeting and database marketing organization. I-Behavior sold its online division, Acerno, to Akamai and its offline data division to the KBM Group.
Eric began his career working in investment banking at Kidder, Peabody & Company and has a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan. Eric is passionate about building growth-oriented companies with strong cultures that provide platforms for the personal and professional growth.
