On April 3, 2023, Lee Dabberdt informed EverCommerce Inc. (“the Company”) of her resignation as Chief Accounting Officer, effective April 28, 2023. The resignation is
not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Marc Thompson, will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer while the
Company seeks a replacement for Ms. Dabberdt.
Biographical information for Marc Thompson, age 58, can be found in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders filed with the
Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2022 and is incorporated by reference herein.
