Eric Remer is the Chief Executive Officer of EverCommerce. Prior to EverCommerce, Eric co-founded and served as CEO of PaySimple, where during his tenure he led its growth from a startup to $50M revenue company. Before PaySimple, Eric founded and served on the management teams of several startups, including the Conclave Group, a direct marketing services company, and I-Behavior, a leading behavioral targeting and database marketing organization. I-Behavior sold its online division, Acerno, to Akamai and its offline data division to the KBM Group.

Eric began his career working in investment banking at Kidder, Peabody & Company, and has a B.A. in history from the University of Michigan. Eric is passionate about building growth-oriented companies with strong cultures that provide platforms for the personal and professional growth of their employees.

Matthew Feierstein is the President of EverCommerce, overseeing the holistic business operations and accountable to the revenue and profitability of its subsidiaries. Matt has over twenty years of cross functional management experience in the online software space, including seven years as President of PaySimple, four years as COO of IAC’s Pronto division, and several years in senior management roles at small business start-ups in both the service and retail industries. He is passionate about leading teams, and building scale & efficiency for companies that helps them grow to their fullest potential.

Matt began his career at Ticketmaster Online-City search in a variety of business roles, last serving as the Senior Director of Customer Product Management. Matt has a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Marc Thompson is the Chief Financial Officer at EverCommerce, responsible for supporting the company’s growth initiatives, driving its capitalization strategy, and overseeing the finance and accounting organizations. Marc has over 30 years of investment banking, private equity, and operational experience. Most recently, Marc was co-head of Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co, where he also formed the Software & Services team that executed over 120 financing and M&A transactions valued in excess of $15 billion. Prior to Oppenheimer, he was a managing director at CIBC Capital Partners and served on several portfolio company boards, advising on acquisitions and debt financing. Marc is passionate about capitalizing growing organizations.

Marc holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Lisa Storey is the General Counsel at EverCommerce, responsible for supporting the company’s continued growth and business pursuits from a legal and risk management perspective. Before EverCommerce, Lisa most recently helped grow a team of lawyers as Associate General Counsel at Air Methods, the largest air ambulance company in the U.S., as the company grew organically and through acquisitions across the country. Prior to joining Air Methods, she practiced as a lawyer in the health care regulatory groups at Arent Fox in Washington, D.C. and Davis Graham & Stubbs in Denver, handling M&A, litigation and compliance counseling for her clients. Lisa is passionate about working in a team of highly motivated, strategic-minded people to help problem solve and manage risk while scaling quickly.

Lisa has a B.A. in Molecular Biology and Philosophy from CU Boulder and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Mary Haddock-Staniland is the Global SVP of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) for EverCommerce, leading the company in culture and inclusion programs across EverCommerce. Mary joined EverCommerce from its solution, Timely, where she had the role of Chief People & Inclusion Officer, the first people and inclusion role at an executive level to exist in New Zealand. In this role, Mary created and led organizational development, leadership transformation, and communications. Mary is passionate and experienced in identifying and delivering effective people experience and DEIB initiatives that match business objectives. She has a proven track record of achievement in operationalizing key policy and is credited with delivering tangible outcomes in both public and private sector organizations.

Mary is an accomplished and highly sought-after keynote speaker, panelist and thought leader, and holds a range of governance roles, including an ambassador for Lifeline Aotearoa.

Evan is the Chief Operating Officer at EverCommerce, responsible for implementing corporate strategies into daily operations to meet company objectives. Evan is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of experience in operational leadership roles, including PaySimple and CEB (now Gartner) before EverCommerce. Prior to his role as COO, Evan led operations and P&L management of the home service, health service, and payments product lines, including supporting diligence and integration of new acquisitions, and re-organizing and re-structuring teams in order to scale efficiently and effectively. He is passionate about supporting the growth of the hundreds of thousands of small businesses our teams support every day.  
 
Evan has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business.
